On Tuesday, November 26, our Middle School students and faculty celebrated our annual Morning of Gratitude before embarking on Thanksgiving break. With the guidance of their science teachers, Sixth Grade students created “seed bombs” of California poppies, Seventh Grade students collected, sorted and packed Middle School donations for the West Valley Food Pantry, and Eighth Grade students joined Primary School students for a morning of reading, Thanksgiving word searches, snacks and conversation with new friends.
All grades also took time to write thank-you notes to first responders for their service to our community during these recent months, and also to members of our Viewpoint community–faculty, staff, and friends–whose contributions and kindness make our school a better place for everyone.
We hope you’ll enjoy these photos from today’s beautiful morning of community and gratitude!
