Donor Advised Funds

A donor-advised fund offers many benefits. You can fund it by making an irrevocable contribution of assets, such as cash or appreciated stock, and receive an immediate tax deduction.

There are two primary ways you can support Viewpoint School through a donor-advised fund: recommending grants or making a beneficiary designation.

During your lifetime, you can recommend grants from your donor-advised fund to support Viewpoint. When making a grant recommendation, please use Viewpoint School’s tax ID number: 95-2242261.

Additionally, you can work with the custodian of your fund to designate Viewpoint School as a beneficiary of all or part of the fund’s assets. This ensures that when the fund no longer has an advisor, the assets will be transferred to the School to help further our mission.
