In the third year since its inception, VOSOVOS 2025 will continue to build upon what is now a tradition of lifting students voice and vision by inviting participation from other members of the Viewpoint community, to create a new, original theatrical event providing a novel entry point into themes within Diversity and Inclusion that course through the lifeblood of our community. This dynamic project challenges a group of Upper School students to explore how their experiences of culture – whether familial, communal, or global – speak to these core issues. Using such innovative workshop techniques as verbatim theater, devised theater, collage, and adaptation, and spearheaded by Theatre Department Chair Scott Feldsher, Chief Belonging and Community Officer Patricia Jackson, and with the help of various faculty-mentors, this showcase of student-generated theater will hold up a mirror to who we are at this next moment in Viewpoint’s history.
