On Thursday, October 29, Viewpoint hosted its first Virtual Viewpoint Fund Phonathon. More than 60 volunteers reached out to Viewpoint families last week to kick off our fundraising effort to raise $2.1 million this school year.

Head of School Mark McKee greeted the volunteers at the start of the night. “Now more than ever, the continued generosity of our families helps to sustain our school. It is through this support of the Viewpoint Fund that the School is able to provide continuing educational excellence to our students – in an enhanced remote learning environment. We are so grateful to our volunteers for dedicating their evening to making calls. Picking up the phone and sharing their love of the School with their fellow parents demonstrates the value they place on their children’s education, and that our families are ALL IN with their support of Viewpoint.”

After a successful evening on the phone, Jessica Rutten P’24 remarked, “Making calls last night for the Viewpoint Fund was surprisingly fun! As a parent brand new to the School, this was my first time connecting with other parents. They couldn't have been nicer... what a great first impression! I can't wait to get more involved.”
