Serving as Chief of Staff for the Head of School, Angela Briffett enhances organizational efficiency by managing the flow of time and information through the Head of School’s Office and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration. As the administrative liaison to the Board of Trustees, she primes school leadership for high-level decision-making, ensures execution, and organizes outcomes. Angela’s breadth of professional experience in finance and luxury hospitality as well as her depth of experience in education – having been an AP English teacher and having worked in UCLA Undergraduate Admission – mirrors Viewpoint’s commitment to preparing world-ready students with diverse perspectives. Angela holds a Master of Arts in Education from UC Berkeley, with a focus on Multicultural Urban Secondary English, as well as dual Bachelor's degrees in Mass Communications and Business Administration from Berkeley Haas.
