Viewpoint School Statement
On Wednesday, February 25, we learned of troubling allegations against a faculty member. We immediately launched an investigation and notified the Los Angeles Sheriff Department’s Lost Hills station. The employee was subsequently taken into custody, and his employment has been terminated. We are working closely and cooperating with law enforcement as they investigate and have retained an outside investigator to conduct a thorough third-party investigation, closely coordinated with law enforcement and facilitated by campus safety and security. Their objective will be to help us fully understand what occurred and to identify what steps we can take to help ensure this doesn't happen again. The safety and wellbeing of our students, families, teachers and entire community remain our highest priority.
