Viewpoint Parents & Students are invited to participate in a special zoom session with Dr. Milo Dodson to discuss mental fitness. Through an engaging and interactive presentation, Dr. Dodson will provide a framework for understanding mental health and share helpful insights to mitigate social injustices from negatively impacting our mental health. He will also highlight why it's important for parents to talk with their children about mental health and how students can feel holistically supported at both home and school in their various multicultural identities.
