Viewpoint School embraces its youngest students and celebrates the uniqueness of every child in Kindergarten through Fifth Grade. The Primary and Lower Divisions provide a nurturing environment that promotes the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth of its students. The School’s overall goal is to provide every child with a variety of learning opportunities guided by experienced, enthusiastic teachers who encourage children to achieve their personal best in an atmosphere that builds self-esteem.
The School’s philosophy maintains that a quality education should teach children to think critically and to develop good judgment. The acquisition of these skills relies upon a thorough curriculum that sequentially integrates all subject areas. Viewpoint’s traditional, structured approach allows creativity to flourish and encourages young students to develop as independent thinkers. Our ultimate goal is to address the needs of every child in a loving and caring environment.
Students share a positive attitude toward Viewpoint. This outlook is evident in their appreciation of learning, their willingness to explore new experiences, their participation in extracurricular activities, and in the respect and rapport they enjoy with Viewpoint's community both in and out of the classroom.
