Annual Fund
Parent volunteers for the Annual Fund help to solicit unrestricted gifts to support the School’s operating budget. Join more than 65 volunteers each year in helping out with the Annual Fund. Please contact Lori Wineman, Associate Director of the Annual Fund, for more information about volunteering.
Benefit
Viewpoint’s annual Benefit and Auction is the School’s largest fund raising event. The Benefit, as well as pre-event preparations, offer an opportunity for the community to come together in support of Viewpoint. A variety of volunteer positions are available, from co-chairing the event to making phone calls as a member of the hospitality committee. Join more than 75 parents each year in helping out with this oustanding event. Please contact Candy Wallace, Associate Director of Development, for more information.
Capital Campaign
During our 2010-11 school year, Viewpoint School is celebrating 50 years of excellence. In conjunction with our celebration, we are actively engaged in the last major phase of construction of the campus Master Plan. A dedicated group of parent volunteers works in partnership with the Advancement Office and Headmaster to facilitate all of the planning and execution of the Campaign. The current Building Inspiration Capital Campaign will support more than 74,000 square feet of new state-of-the-art teaching and athletic spaces. A new Upper School complex, the Paul Family Athletic Center, and competition swimming pool will open to students in the fall of 2011.
